Do You Know Your Cholesterol? |
|
Having high
cholesterol is a serious condition. High cholesterol places you at
an increased risk for heart disease and stroke. There are no
symptoms of having high cholesterol so if you don't know your numbers
you should get tested. NOW you can be tested at the TLC Center.
We can test your cholesterol through a simple finger stick and the best
part is you get your RESULTS WITHIN MINUTES! We will accept
appointment for the first and third Friday of each month. If you
are interested, you can schedule an appointment with our receptionist.

The Therapeutic Lifestyle Change Center is operating under normal hours.

Personal Training |
We are now offering Personal Training at the TLC Center. Personal training is a program that allows you to get an extra edge by working ONE-ON-ONE with one of our trainers. Packages are available for two or three sessions a week. For more information please speak with an exercise physiologist.

We're Moving |
Great News! The TLC Center is MOVING! Don't worry, we are not moving far. Sometime in the early part of 2008 we will be relocating the center to the front of the building. The current plans will provide us with the much needed extra space, along with locker rooms and showers. Please stay tuned for more information!

Physical Therapy |
In the near future the TLC Center will be adding 2 physical therapist to our staff. This will be just another service we will have to offer! We will keep you updated as to when they will start!
