Directions

From Interstate 81, take Exit 191B and follow the signs to the Scranton Expressway. From U.S. Route 6 and 11, also follow signs to the Scranton Expressway. Take the Keyser Avenue Exit. Turn right at the light onto Keyser Avenue and make another quick right (after the underpass) onto the Morgan Highway and immediately get into the left lane. Turn left into the Morgan Medical Complex and enter in the first set of doors. The Therapeutic Lifestyle Change Center is located within the offices of Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates. 

From the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, take Exit 122 (Keyser Avenue). At the stop sign, take a left. At the first light, take a right onto Keyser Avenue. Follow Keyser Avenue for approximately 5 miles. At the third light, take a left onto the Morgan Highway and follow the above directions*.
